If you live and breathe social media, you are the write person to join Pioneers’ Brand and Marketing team. We are looking for a Social Media Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our marketing campaigns across the digital channels.
Pioneers is an international relationship builder in the technology and startup scene offering events, intelligence, and venture capital. Over the last 5 years we have grown our flagship event - Pioneers'# (former Pioneers Festival) to the leading technology gathering in Europe. Over 10.000 startups, investors and corporates attended our events in 2016, building an incredible community of technology leaders. While supporting startups stays at our core, we have learned how to leverage our network and deliver products providing valuable insights to some of the world’s leading companies and investment funds.
In our business unit we are responsible for Pioneers Brand as such as well es for event marketing for our Pioneers events.
We are a fast growing team of 35 people from 17 nations located in beautiful Vienna, Austria. You will be part of a dedicated brand and marketing team fully responsible for the Pioneers brand as well as event marketing.
Proven working experience in social media marketing
Broad understanding of marketing
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Exceptional English written and oral communication skills, German is an asset
Attention to details
Curious, joyful and passionate personality
Plan and execute Web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Daily content management of all our social media channels
Online community management & influencers marketing in our online world
Brainstorm, develop and integrate new content marketing strategies (planning&production)
Collaborate with agencies and other optimize user funnels as well as all our Pioneers business units
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights
Full time position based in the heart of Vienna, Austria starting September 2017. Welcoming work environment with a dynamic, highly motivated and international team of 17 nations. Well known brand with a huge network in the startup area. The minimum full time salary for this position is € 25.200,- before tax/year.. We are of course willing to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience as well as qualifications.
