We are a motivated, dynamic team of 34 people from 10 nations, enthusiastic about technology and innovation.
5+ years event management experience with minimum 2 years of proven team-lead experience with an inspirational and motivational leadership style in the event industry
Educated in business administration, marketing, and finance
Intrinsic passion for the events industry, technology and its constant innovation
Ability to perform under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy, efficiency with a motivational attitude
Both creative and commercial thinking when constantly improving processes and services
Outstanding customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
Generally self-organized, reliable, and budget conscious
Fluent in German and English
Develop events strategy for Pioneers
Analyze and benchmark international event trends and competitors
Optimize the synergies within the event-involved departments
Ensure the Pioneers quality standards throughout our international activities
Ensure knowledge transfer within the team and cross-departments
Budget and Revenue target setup and supervision of the events team as well as for all event activities
Legal representative of Pioneers Events
Full time position based in the heart of Vienna, Austria starting July 2017. Welcoming work environment with a dynamic, highly motivated and international team. Well known brand with a huge network in the startup area. The minimum full time salaryfor this position is € 46.200,- before tax/year. We are of course willing to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualification.
