We are building a platform that connects our core stakeholders - startups, investors and corporates. We help them build valuable relationships at our events during our projects and also throughout the year. We initially solved the problems that we faced internally. Then we started opening those use cases up to our customers and stakeholders. You will be responsible for maintaining our extensive event system that supports Pioneers Events and launching new features and products around our startup-investor-corporate platform. Our dataset grows rapidly and we are constantly adding new features serving our core user groups.
3+ years experience as Product Manager or similar cross-functional role, preferably within a startup
Experience writing code. You don’t have to be an expert but you can read and discuss it.
Passion for user experience and how to solve people’s problems with simple solution
Knowledgeable across multiple areas such as product management, development, UI/UX, sales, customer support, marketing
Crystal clear communication and presentation skills
Able to get quickly into a new domain and analyze the market dynamics
Hands-on and proactive work ethics
Own the success of all online systems under your management
Own the vision and roadmap of the products you are developing
Understand customer needs and specify product requirements
Write clear user stories with the team and create mockups
Know your priorities and own the backlog
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients
Be the voice of your team, managing expectations with other stakeholders
You are familiar with: jira, trello or similar; sketch, balsamiq, zeplin, figma, adobe XD, invision or similar; spreadsheets, SQL, Tableau or similar, google analytics, etc.
Full time positionstarting from February 2018 based in the heart of Vienna, Austria. Welcoming work environment with a dynamic, highly motivated and international team of 17 nations. You will be in contact with the leading founders, innovators and investors on a global scale, who also will happen to be your users and customers.The minimum full time salary for this position starts at € 50.000,- before tax/year and depends on the experience level.
