Pioneers is an international relationship builder in the technology and startup scene offering events, intelligence, and venture capital. Over the last 5 years we have grown our flagship event - Pioneers Festival to the leading technology gathering in Europe. Over 10.000 startups, investors and corporates attended our events in 2016, building an incredible community of technology leaders. While supporting startups stays at our core, we have learned how to leverage our network and deliver products providing valuable insights to some of the world’s leading companies and investment funds.
We are a fast growing team of 40 people from 18 nations located in beautiful Vienna, Austria. You will be part of a dedicated startup team fully responsible for the planning and execution of our famous events.
1-2 years of marketing experience within the events industry
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Ability to take control of key campaign tasks working independently
Highly organised, efficient, good time management and able to prioritise workload
Exceptional English written and oral communication skills
Passion for technology, and the impact it has on moving the world forward
Enjoyment of working within a team
Plan and execute Web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Maintaining our social media presence
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Brainstorm, develop and integrate new growth content marketing strategies
Collaborate with agencies and other optimize user funnels
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights
To contribute to the marketing and communication strategies for each product
Full time position based in the heart of Vienna, Austria starting June 2017. Welcoming work environment with a dynamic, highly motivated and international team. Well known brand with a huge network in the startup area. The minimum full time salary (according to our collective agreement) for this position is € 25.155,- before tax/year. We are of course willing to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualification.
