We are building a platform that connects our core stakeholders - startups, investors and corporates. We help them build valuable relationships during events, projects and also throughout the year, for both us and our Partners. You will be responsible for improving the platform and digital products by: analysing the market and products, creating documentation and reports, creating user stories and specifications, interacting with customers & providers and providing support for our stakeholders, when they need it.

Analytical and rigorous, confident in writing user-documentation and creating proposals and reports

Technical understanding and passionate about new products and developments
Communication skills and a good command of English, German is an asset
Work permit or student visa for Austria is required for this position
Work collaboratively with the Product Manager and members from all Pioneers departments, with clients and providers
Clearly manage and communicate expectations and updates with team members and stakeholders
Coordinate and implement (where the case) various digital projects and requests, including website and webapp updates through their CMS interface
Perform research and provide analytics and reports
Identify opportunities to further optimize and develop the software products
Create and manage project and user documentation across all active projects and products
Prepare research reports, documents, decks and proposals
Interact with product users and provide solutions for their challengess
Provide operational support and first-level IT Support at Pioneers Office (Google Apps, Office, Printer, WiFi, etc.)
Part time position (20-30 hours/week) in our Pioneers HQ based at Talent Garden Vienna, Austria. Welcoming work environment with a dynamic, highly motivated and international team. Well known brand with a huge network in the startup area. The minimum part time salary for this position starts at € 770,- before tax/year and depends on the experience level.
