1+ years of experience in account management or sales
Exceptional English written and oral communication skills, German is a plus
Genuine willingness to learn and drive to succeed
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Exceptional phone manner and not fear to talk to senior executives at their level
Developing strong relationships with customers
You’ll be identifying, connecting, onboarding and fostering relationships with the world’s leading corporations
Monitoring on competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products and new products
Research on startup activities of potential clients and new leads
Connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports
Evaluate customers needs and build productive long lasting relationships
Documents sales process by creating or updating lead/client profile record on an CRM database
Client retention management
Manage Accounts for the international clients of Pioneers Events
Full time position based in the heart of Vienna, Austria starting May 2019. Welcoming work environment with a dynamic, highly motivated and international team of 18 nations. Well known brand with a huge network in the startup area. The minimum full time salary for this position is € 28.000,- before tax/year + commission (which is related to your performance).
